At Red Parrot Restaurant (Divi) or Paparazzi Restaurant (Tamarijn). A $5 surcharge fee per person applies for groups of 10-20. Non-inclusive guests can buy a meal ticket on the day of the event.

Are transportations included between the hotel venues?

No, transportation is not included. There will be an additional fee for arranging private transportation.

Can we have welcome bags for our guests?

Yes, but they must be handed to the front desk for distribution upon check-in. A fee applies for assembly by the wedding team.

How do the deposit and payment guidelines work?

A 25% deposit is required to book the wedding. The payment structure is: 25% upon signing, 50% due 6 months before, 75% due 2 months before, and full payment 2 weeks before the wedding.

What are the minimum revenue requirements for receptions at various venues?

Windows on Aruba: $8,000 (Mon-Thurs, Sat), $10,000 (Fri, Sun) in food & beverage. Pure Ocean Restaurant: $10,000. Outdoor venues like Sandpiper Bar and The Green & The Clubplaza: $2,000.

Are there any vendor restrictions?

Yes, we work with pre-approved vendors. Non-local vendors are subject to a $500 fee each.

How can we ship wedding items to Aruba?

Preferred method: Bring items in checked luggage. Alternative: Ship via FedEx or UPS atleast three months in advance.

Are one-time use items allowed at outdoor spaces for my wedding?

Only biodegradable items are permitted. Sky lanterns are not allowed, and bonfires are forbidden on all Aruba beaches.

Can I have fireworks for my wedding?

A permit is required, and fireworks must be requested 6 months in advance. They can only be set up on a fleet in the ocean.

What is the latest time my event can be hosted till?

Sandpiper Bar & The Green/The Clubplaza: until 10:00 PM. Pure Ocean Restaurant: until 11:00 PM. Windows on Aruba Restaurant: until 2:00 AM.

Are shots allowed in the open bar?

No, shots are not permitted in any open bar.

What happens if it rains on the day of an outdoor wedding?

For weddings at the Sandpiper Bar, a tent can be added for an extra fee, decided by the day before the wedding. Alternatively, we offer an indoor backup at our ballroom in the Alhambra Casino & Mall at no additional cost.

When do you need the final headcount for the wedding?

A firm headcount is required 2 months before, and the final headcount 1 month prior.

Can we make changes after signing the contract?

Yes, adjustments can be made during the planning phase. Changes will be subject to our most current brochure prices. Cancellation or change fees may apply for vendor changes.
